Everything first timers ask, answered.
Can’t find yours? Send us a quick message below.

Q1Do I need any boxing experience?
No. Every level is welcome. Boxing Essentials is recommended for first timers, but you can also jump straight into a regular class — your coach will guide you through it.
Q2Is there any contact or sparring?
No. All boxing work is on the heavybag. No partner drills, no sparring, no contact — ever.
Q3What should I bring?
Just yourself and workout clothes. Gloves and wraps are available onsite if you don't have your own.
Q4What if I can't keep up with the pace?
The session adapts to you. Go harder or pull back — your coach pushes you while giving you the freedom to find your own pace.
Q5How many people are in a class?
Maximum 12 spots per session — small enough that your coach knows your name.
Q6Can I just try it once?
Yes. Book a Drop-In or start with our First Timer Trial — 3 sessions, no commitment.
Q7What's the difference between the class formats?
We offer four formats. Heavybag combines boxing rounds with bodyweight strength training — our signature class, open to all levels. Box & Build pairs boxing with dumbbell work in one seamless, music-driven flow — also a signature class, all levels. Boxing Only Advanced is pure boxing, no strength rounds, for those who already know the basics. Boxing Essentials is our intro class — ideal if you're new and want to get the foundations right before joining a regular session.
